You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement for the same product.

Replacements are processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been verified.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items
